• These products are digital products, as such no refunds are offered.

• My store and avatars are only permitted for use by users 18+.

• If a future update causes issues with an old model, I am not responsible and likely will not update it. Updates for new models will only occur for 4 months following the release date unless a serious issue is found (not caused by a game update).

• Streaming, Pictures, and any other Social Media use is permitted with credit. You MUST credit my store.

• Distributing files in anyway is prohibited. Sending to a friend, asking someone else to upload, or paying someone to edit the files who does not ALSO have a valid purchased license will be regarded as leaking.

• You must properly fill out the checkout information otherwise your license will become invalid. I will remove your access to the product and my shop.

• Importing, remaking, redistributing, publishing, trading, leaking, or price-splitting in anyway is prohibited. ONE purchase is valid for ONE person only.

• Publishing avatars from my store as public is prohibited.

• You may not pull ANY assets from my avatars. You must purchase and download them from the original source. My edits/sculpts/etc are NEVER for reuse.

• Do not claim my work as your own. You must always credit me (Rxsii) and my store.

• If I deem your account suspicious (history of leaking, ripping, etc) I have the right to revoke and refund your purchase.

• Please do not use my avatars for any commercial purposes without asking first! (Streaming, Youtube, any site that you pay for an image/video).

• All of my work is protected by antileak systems. If you leak my work, I will find out!
